Easy French Toast
Quick & Easy Breakfast for the Weekend
Easy French Toast
Ingredients:
8-Slices of Bread**
2-Large Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Honey
1/2 Cup Half & Half Creamer
Dash of Ground Cinnamon
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients together (except Bread)
Cooking Directions:
Dip the bread into the mixture, coating both sides. Brown slices on both sides in a pre-heated non-stick skillet/griddle (use spray oil or a pat of melted butter).
Serve immediately with fruit and/or syrup. Serves 2 Adults.
** Cinnamon-Raisin Bread works great!

Crowd-Pleasing Shrimp & Pasta Recipe
Family & friends love this recipe and request it when they come to visit.
Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta
Ingredients:
4 oz. - Angel Hair Pasta or Thin Spaghetti
14 oz . - Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes
4 tsp. - Corn Starch
1 tsp. - Dried Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp. - Sugar
1/2 tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning
1 1/4 lbs. - Raw Shrimp with shell removed
1/4 cup - Water
Dash - Red Pepper
Large Saute or Frying Pan
Medium-Size Pot for Spaghetti
Directions:
To the cold saute pan add the stewed tomatoes, parsley flakes, sugar, Italian seasoning, water, corn starch, red pepper, and mix well. Add the shrimp and then cook over a medium heat until the shrimp is done (approx. 7 - 10 minutes).
While the shrimp mixture is cooking, boil water in the pot to cook the angel-hair pasta or spaghetti.
